Outta Puff Daddy’s star in Richmond

These guys have a brilliant mission: changing the conversation on mental health. They are achieving it too: 2 million people reached every month. So they are definitely making the impact!

The group is all about being a place where people (especially men) can talk openly about how they are feeling, and support each other through it. Something that isn’t always in place everywhere in society.

I emailed Paul (aka ‘Jukebox’) and he told me how they’ve received thousands of personal messages over recent years. All from people who have benefited from this dance groups journey!

The Outta Puff Daddy’s has created a space built on openness, honesty, and vulnerability. Something that is inspirational for the rest of society to follow.

With brilliant performances, like I saw at the Richmond Showcase ‘The Debut’ on 3rd July, that combined mesmerising movement and relentless energy, these guys are definitely contributing strongly to better mental health conversations.

See you at their next performance next month in Brighton on 30th August!
