• Contact and sponsor enquiries: the name, email and message you send via our contact or sponsor forms, so we can reply.
• Story submissions: the details you submit when sharing a good news story with us.
• Basic analytics (if enabled): anonymous information about which pages are visited, to help us improve the site.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not share your personal details with third parties for advertising. Sponsors who appear on Gilbert never receive your email address from us.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any newsletter, or by contacting us. You can also request that we delete the personal information we hold about you.
